Dear Parents,

It is unbelievable how quickly the end of the year is approaching. Our TCAP testing went smoothly. We appreciate each of you for having your child on time and prepared for school.

May is full of activities. We look forward to our 2nd annual Boosterthon Fun Run. Not only does this program promote physical fitness, it also encourages good character traits. This year's theme is Epic Adventure. The kids will enjoy seeing the Boosterthon team throughout each day during the event.

Our teacher spotlight this month is on first grade teacher, Jackie Comer, who has decided to retire after 35 years of dedication to the students of our community. Mrs. Comer is a great friend, teacher, and a vital part of our Wilson Elementary Family. She will be missed by our staff and the students of our school.
